Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted U.S. production partners, so your order is crafted and shipped straight from facilities across the States. This helps us deliver your items faster and closer to home.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We don’t mass-produce. Each Wilder Row Co. piece is printed one at a time, just for you. Please allow a little extra time for us to create your order — usually 5–10 business days to make it, plus 3–5 days for shipping.

Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges are accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or with a print issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. To help us resolve the issue quickly, be sure to include photos of the item and keep the original packaging.
Will my order come in one package?
Sometimes your order may arrive in multiple packages — this is simply because items can be produced at different partner facilities. Don’t worry, you’ll get tracking for each shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Expanding to international shipping is in the works, so stay tuned!
Can I cancel or update my order?
We begin crafting your order shortly after it’s placed, so cancellations or edits are limited. If you need to make a change, reach out as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

We believe in small-batch, heritage-inspired goods. Making items to order helps reduce waste and ensures every piece is created just for you — keeping our process thoughtful and sustainable.
